Day Nineteen

We are staying on Taylor's Island until tomorrow, Friday. Getting all our boat chores done, did a little grocery shopping yesterday; felt like a squirrel stocking up for winter.

Kenny's brother Sonny spoke to a crabber yesterday who had just pulled his  pots for the season, he just so happened to have 3/4's of a bushel of prime #1jumbos.  Sonny steamed them the Taylors Is. way with Old Bay and what a treat.
Nothing like Maryland blue crab, these were sweet and delish!
Thank you Uncle Sonny๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฆ€๐Ÿฆ€๐Ÿฆ€

Today the sun is shining, a little warmer than yesterday, high of 43ยบ.
The guys are working on the bilge pump and going to lift boat out to replace the zincs, I thinks!
Stella and I are going to walk the 2 miles to the house to visit.๐Ÿ˜Ž

  1. While she is out, clean that running gear and trim tabs. Give a couple of coats of T9 to keep the critters and grass from growing in those warm waters.
