Day 16

We are steaming down the C &; D; no FOG, crystal clear day. It's tee-shirt weather at 60º👕👚 But not for long.  Tonight the temp bottoms out all over the east coast. We are making hay today inasmuch as yesterday was a total fog out! Instead of lobster and crab pots we are  dodging driftwood LOGS🌲Big enough to do damage to the hull.

The canal is very choppy and muddy! 
Think we would like to make Rockhall Maryland today.🤞

For some reason every time I type  C  D the computer changes to c amp with ; on the end. I keep correcting it but it goes back. Going to try to put more space between the letters. 

It is 11:30 and we are in the Elk River which is part of the channel.
We are rocking and rolling all over the place; very rough water!! 
Gotta hold on! 

It is now 3:15 and making good time; have passed Rock Hall and headed to Kent Narrows where our cousins live. Looking forward to seeing them! 💕
We can see the Chesapeake Bay bridge and the water has finally calmed the heck down. Smooth Sailing, kinda?
Can't wait to have a hot shower!!🚿 We are very low on water and ALL of the marinas have their water turned OFF for the winter.😏

4:00, at marina, we had  hot showers, doing boat chores then Cousin Skip and Sharon are going to pick us up for a night on the hard! 🛏 Good night Serenity.
