Day 37

Still stuck in Newburyport for at least  2 more days πŸ™ˆ
We have been lucky with the weather so far, until we got here.
Currently 59ΒΊ, mostly cloudy⛅, wind WNW 19 mph with gusts
 25🎏waves 5-7'🌊🌊🌬.
Doing quite a bit of rocking even though we are tied-up! The current here (Merrimack River) is very strong, making the water slap the sides of the boat constantly!

So, like yesterday we are working inside the boat, cleaning and fixing, gaming, fishing and reading. Can't seem to find WiFi so can't watch movies.
Leave it to Beaver, Hazel, Wagon Train, Matlock, My Three Sons. That's our line upπŸ˜‚early morning.πŸ“Ί

Probs walk into town later today, which is about 1/2 mile away.

At 8:00 we are making dinner, burgers and salad. Never walked into town as it was so blustery.  Walked Stella and she was almost blown off the dock; thank goodness I had her leashed.

Tomorrow doesn't look much better so our target day is Thursday.🀞
TTYT 😘

  1. Wendy you are smart to stay put..the wind gusts hear in Wells are as high as 40mph!! I had to hang onto my grocery cart just to unload. Safe travels and hope to see you soon. M
